Amanda is a writer and editor who specializes in the fitness and nutrition industry.
She grew up in a family that loved playing sports, which helped fuel her passion for working out and staying active. After finding CrossFit in 2015, she fell in love with lifting weights and is now passionate about encouraging other women to do the same. Amanda also enjoys teaching other women how to have healthy relationships with food and fuel their bodies properly.
