We don’t do templated meal plans or canned emails. Everyone has different goals, dieting histories, lifestyles, and challenges, so there is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to nutrition.

We’re a team of Registered Dieticians, Certified Nutrition Coaches, & athletes ready to support you with your nutrition goals.
Brenda is a Registered Dietitian who specializes in bodybuilding nutrition, diabetes, and women’s health & fertility. While Brenda wants her clients to see physical changes in their bodies, her aim is to do so sustainably and with long-lasting results.
Laura is a Certified Nutrition Coach who specializes in nutrition for sports performance, including powerlifting, Crossfit, and bodybuilding. Laura can teach you how to track your macros, meal prep, and improve your body composition and performance through nutrition.
Amanda Kate Parker
Amanda is a Certified Nutrition Coach who specializes in weight loss. If you’ve been “yo-yo dieting” and haven’t been successful in the past with your weight loss goals, Amanda can help you achieve long-term success without unsustainable practices.
Steph is a Certified Nutrition Coach who can help you with changing your body composition (reducing body fat and increasing lean muscle mass) or train for any sporting event or competition. Steph can hold you accountable toward your goals and teach you how to maximize your performance through nutrition.
Even if you don’t decide to work with us, we’ll still provide you with practical nutrition tips and suggestions during the initial consult.

- When finished, you’ll be contacted by one of our nutrition coaches to book a coaching consult.
- During the consult , we’ll seek to learn more about your background, history, and goals. This is your time to tell us what you’re struggling with.
- From there, we’ll provide you with several coaching options and you can decide whether you’d like to work with us.
- Even if you don’t decide to work with us, we’ll still provide you with practical nutrition tips and suggestions during the consult.

This is your opportunity to discuss your nutrition and what you want to accomplish. We will lay out an initial plan that will help you toward your goals and offer a realistic timeframe for doing so. If we can’t help you, we’ll be honest and upfront with you, and will help refer you to someone else.
After your coaching call, we will get to work on your nutrition plan, which will be delivered to you in a combination of spreadsheets, word documents, and videos. We will walk through every aspect of the plan with you, including why the nutrition program is laid out in the way that it is, and how it will help you. Of course, this is only the initial plan, and each week we will schedule check-ins to discuss progress, modifications, and how to overcome barriers.
Coaching costs will vary based on the level of service provided by us, and the specific details of the nutrition coaching plan. These details will be discussed further on the coaching consult call.
No. Coaching is month-to-month. This means you can cancel anytime you want. Get coaching for 1 month or 1 year, it doesn’t matter. Most people see the best results with a minimum 4 month commitment.
Yes, you will get a meal plan. The exact layout and specifics of the meal plan will vary based on your goals.
If you want to track your macros, cool. If you don’t want to track your macros, cool. We will find a solution that works no matter your preference. Don’t know what tracking your macros means? Don’t sweat it.
You can email us any time with questions and concerns. We’ll also set up a weekly check-in call to discuss your progress in greater detail, in addition to making adjustments according to what’s working and what’s not. Also, these weekly check-ins allow us to educate you on various nutrition concepts. A lot of our clients love to know the ‘whys’ behind what we do, so this is our chance to tell you.
We’ll want to hear why it didn’t work so that we don’t make the same mistakes. We find the #1 reason why it didn’t work out is that a lot of nutrition coaches are too rigid with how they coach their clients. For example, a client is told to do things in a certain way, but it usually isn’t compatible with their lifestyle or preferences. This is why we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.
